Thank you for shopping with us. Every piece in our collection is handmade and hand embroidered with love, specially crafted to maintain premium quality and uniqueness.

No Return / No Exchange

Since our Chikankari suits are hand embroidered and made on order, we do not offer any return or exchange once the order is confirmed.

Size Selection Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully select their size according to the size chart provided on our website.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

Custom Size Orders

We also offer custom size stitching on customer request.
Please note that customized / stitched orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are prepared specially according to customer measurements.

Color & Handwork Variation

Please note that slight variations in color, embroidery pattern, or finishing may occur due to:

* handmade embroidery work
* lighting and screen display differences

These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Damages and issues

In the rare case that you receive a damaged item or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear pictures.
We will assist you accordingly.

Please note that no cash refunds will be made.
